This role is perfect for candidates in construction engineering, civil engineering, or related fields who are eager to leverage techology to improve project planning and execution. As a Junior Scheduler / Technical Solutions Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between construction and technology, working alongside industry experts to implement AI-driven scheduling solutions.
You will interface with the ALICE team, including Customer Success and Product to help troubleshoot and come up with efficient solutions for customers. As you grow, you’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with customers, guiding them through the tool with your deep understanding of all its features. As a Technical Solutions Analyst you will develop a unique industry expertise as you work alongside our clients and learn to build a wide range of projects.

Your Responsibilities:
- Help implement our construction tech software on construction projects by: ○ Providing guidance and support related to the software product.
- Troubleshooting challenges and offering actionable insights to maximize client outcomes.
- Training and onboarding client teams, tailoring sessions to their specific workflows and requirements.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and sharing insights to influence product roadmap.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management, or a related discipline).
- 2+ years of experience within the construction industry.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to address project challenges.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) as required.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
