  • 1. Introduction of project.
  • 2. Building subcontract – bill of quantity of selected building works for building company.
  • 3. Building company – structure, building activities – selected building works, workers, asset.
  • 4. Building company – finance, financial statements.
  • 5. Building company – marketing of selected works and wages.
  • 6. Building subcontract – individual calculation of construction work by finance and marketing.
  • 7. Building company – cost controlling.
  • 8. Building company – financial analysis,investment.
  • 9. Building object – valuation of real estate.
  • 10.Completion of the project and presentation.
