Syllabus

  • 1. BIM methods and regulations.
  • 2. Using photogrammetry, 3D scan and point clouds in BIM model.
  • 3. Practical modeling based on point cloud.
  • 4.–5. Prepare BIM model for advanced presentations (3D print, VR).
  • 6.–7. BIM model usage for energy analysis.
  • 8. Define requirements for BIM model in a contract.
  • 9.–10. Prepare process documents and attachments for BIM in contact (EIR, BEP).
  • 11.–12. How to coordinate project (RFI, ...) and documents manage.
  • 13. Principles for data exchange in BIM and CAFM.
