Syllabus
- Repetition: exterior orientation parameters and interior orientation parameters.
- Factors influencing image coordinates, the geometric accuracy of reconstruction.
- A digital orthophoto, digital image processing, and analysis.
- Digital image correlation, interest points (key points) detection, correspondence analysis.
- Introduction to remote sensing, definition, history, meaning.
- Physical basics of remote sensing.
- Influence of atmosphere on remote sensing measurements.
- Spectral properties of objects, vegetation indices.
- Image sensors and their usage in remote sensing.
- Image processing of remote sensing data.
Exercise
13 weeks, 2 hours/week, compulsory
Syllabus
- Surveying and calculating coordinates of control points and check points, planning of image capturing.
- Camera calibration, and image capturing.
- Image orientation and creation of 3D point cloud and mesh model.
- Accuracy testing, publication, and presentation of results, finalization.
- Digital image processing.
- Essential work with remote sensing data.
