Syllabus

  • 1. Introduction to the topic, sources of law, relation between public and private law.
  • 2. Public construction law, Building Act and its implementing regulations.
  • 3. Private construction law, types of construction contracts.
  • 4. Rights in rem - possession, ownership, co-ownership.
  • 5. Rights in rem - right of superficies, easements.
  • 6. Land Registry.
  • 7. Conception of water management policy of the Czech Ministry of Agriculture.
  • 8. 1998/83/ES and 2000/60/ES directives of the European Parliament and Council.
  • 9. Water act, purpose, basic terminology, water management.
  • 10. The condition of surface and ground water, water planning.
  • 11. Protection of water conditions and water sources, accidents, flood prevention and flood authorities.
  • 12. Water courses, water works, fees.
  • 13. Act on water supply and sewage systems.
