Aims

Knowledge
  • The student is familiar with the costs and prices of construction production in a construction company, understands the principles of pricing construction work and the construction budget.
Skills
  • The student can standardize and calculate the prices of construction work.
  • The student can compile a construction project budget from calculated items and available price lists.
Competence
  • The student is able to compile a list of works, supplies and services for selecting a contractor,
  • The student is able to evaluate the itemized bill of quantities for a construction project.

  7. Price of a construction object - budget.
  8. Price of a construction object - budget.
  9. Public procurement - list of works, supplies and services.
  10. Construction price in the context of BIM.
  11. Cost estimates, unit price indicators,
  12. Summary budget of a construction project
  13. Price of design and engineering services.
